What the directory means
A listed community is a starting point for checking a mobile visit. It is not a promise that every address can be served on the same day. We need the device model, fault and final service address to confirm an appointment.
Ontario only: the directory does not include Quebec or locations across the United States border. An address outside the listed communities needs a separate availability check.
Hawkesbury, Pembroke and Petawawa
These three communities appeared on older pages, but are not part of the current 78-community directory. Contact us with your full address before making plans. Their older links now lead here so the coverage limits are clear; no service or appointment is confirmed by those links.
How the route estimates work
Place names and reference coordinates come from Natural Resources Canada. Driving estimates use an OSRM road-routing model from central Brockville at 44.59733, -75.68550 to each community reference point. This is a planning model, not a live-traffic feed.
Displayed times are rounded up to the next five minutes; distances are rounded to the nearest kilometre. The model includes communities with routes at or below two hours. An actual home or workplace, road conditions, closures and weather may produce a different journey.
The central point is not a customer drop-off address. Nearby links are selected by proximity of the place reference points; they do not imply a technician is stationed in those towns.
